Can I ask what bank account you're having issues with the downloaded transaction showing reversed in QuickBooks Online?
There was a reported incident a few days ago with Greater Building Society Bank standard feed connection downloading money out transaction as received and vice versa. However, the incident has been resolved by the engineers and fixed the scripting of the downloaded transactions.
If the issue persists for your QBO account, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, our care agents can check your account and raise a ticket to our banking team to help check the account connection.
How to contact customer support:
Click on the Help (?) icon.
Select Assistant and enter Contact support in the chat field, and then click the Send icon.
