Is there anyway to change the invoices section on mobile app to the old format?

Currently, there is no option in the QuickBooks mobile app to switch the invoice layout to its previous or older format, @morellicontracting.

However, you can switch to the old invoice format by accessing your QuickBooks account through a mobile browser or a supported browser on your computer. Just enter qbo.intuit.com in your browser's URL bar and log in to your QuickBooks account. To return to the old format, just tap on the Old layout option located at the top-right corner of the invoice section.
