Question

Management Report and, on preview, the logo isn’t displaying correctly—it appears as a large X. Could you please advise what might be causing this and how to fix it?

Hi, Carmina. The X in your Management Report preview indicates that QuickBooks Online (QBO) is having trouble displaying your logo. One likely cause is that your logo was rejected. QBO blocks logos that are too similar to the Intuit logo or do not follow their brand guidelines.

Before uploading your logo, make sure it is saved as a .gif, .bmp, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg and is smaller than 10 MB. Use a square shape since rectangular logos may not display correctly in QBO. The color depth must be 24 bits or less, and the color space must be RGB. If your logo is in CMYK, convert it to RGB first using a tool like Adobe Photoshop.

If the X is still showing up after trying all of the steps above, or if you believe your logo was blocked incorrectly, I recommend reaching out to the Live Support Team. They will review your logo and give you clear steps on how to get it fixed.
