Before proceeding, could you let me know if you’ve received any error messages while trying to connect your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO)?
To address this concern, I recommend logging into your bank account to check if there is any ongoing maintenance.
If everything looks fine on your bank’s side, try logging out of your QBO account and then logging back in. Doing so will refresh your data and ensure everything is up-to-date.

Select the Search tab, then enter Contact Us in the search bar.
Click Contact Us at the bottom of the page.
