I can see how important it is to manage your billing seamlessly, especially when working with clients abroad. QuickBooks Online’s billing system is designed to accept localized payment methods and will trigger a security decline when processing a billing address from a different region, like India.

To keep your client's account active without interruption, you'll need to use a payment method that aligns with the Australian region. You can coordinate with your client and ask them to enter an Australian credit card. Rest assured, you’ll still retain full accountant access to their books.

Alternatively, if your firm utilizes an international financial platform or card networks such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, you can use these to bypass regional blocks.

You can also opt for electronic payments like PayPal and direct debit. Just make sure the billing address matches your client's region.
