QB Update added the word Company onto my invoices

I have noticed that on my invoices that I am sending the invoice says From "my name" 's Company. As a sole trader, my client picked up that this is misleading as I am not a company. I cannot find a way to change it.

Hi Laurene,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! Let me guide you on how to edit the company name shown in your sales form. 

 

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Self-Employed file on a web browser.
  2. Go to Invoices tab.
  3. Select an invoice.
  4. Select Edit work info located on the footer.
  5. Enter company Name on the field provided.
  6. Select Save. 

Once done, you can print/preview your invoice to see how it looks.
