If you need to tall to reach out to our phone support agent, just click the Call us option. From there you'll know also the contact number of our support agent. That specific option is currently available from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (AEDT) from Monday to Friday. However, you can contact them anytime through chat. Once ready, here are the steps:
Click on the Help (?) icon.
Select Assistant and enter Contact support in the chat field, and then click the Send icon.
You'll be asked about your concern, andyou'll need to enter and send it.
If you can't see any related topics to your issue based on what they shared, select No, get me a human.
