Why can't I find all my clients on the App?

Hello, @markdarlow. I can share a few things about viewing clients on the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

The QuickBooks mobile app works best with the Simple Start version because all its features are available. Additional features offered in QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, and Advanced plans are only available on the web.

Moreover, we can view clients by signing in to QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA). Please know that all QBOA features and additional ones are only available on the web.
