Why do my outstanding invoices never show up

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand how important it is for the outstanding invoices to be reflected in the system. Let's work together to ensure these invoices appear seamlessly, eliminating the need to search for customers individually.

One of the reasons the program isn’t displaying those invoices is due to the filter. To resolve this, we’ll need to adjust the Status and Date filters to ensure the invoices are displayed more easily and efficiently.

To do this, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to All apps, select Sales & Get Paid, then choose Invoices.
   
   
2. Pick the appropriate status and dates from the Status and Date dropdown.
3. Click the small Gear icon next to the ACTION column and adjust the number of rows to display more outstanding invoices.
