Question

Why does this happen? , go to edit invoice and tax ( gst ) amount suddenly disappears on invoice . Then I have to go to each item and allocate tax to reinstate .

Please help , its costing me alot if time doing this and considering leaving quickbooks durme to all the glitches in their software .

Hi @info2386. I understand that it took extra time for you to manually allocate tax amount after it disappeared from your invoice. Please note that the tax amount will only disappear from invoices if you have set the Invoice amounts are option to Out of scope of GST. If not set to that option, the tax amount should always be visible.


If the tax amount continues to disappear, refresh the page or log out and then back into QuickBooks to isolate the issue that may have caused by accumulated cache on your browser. For the best experience, make sure that you are using a supported web browser.
