Is each viewer of account details considered a user for quickbooks online for a company 

When I click the gear icon, account and settings is an option for me but when I am in account and settings my only options are: 1. Company 2. Sales 3. Expenses 4. Payments 5. Time 6. Advanced Billing and Subscriptions is not an option. I can however click the icon to the right of the gear icon. It is a little blue circle with the first letter of my account within it. If I click that I have an option to "manage my intuit account". If I click that I have the options of 1. Overview 2. Sign-in Security 3. Personal Info 4. Data privacy 5. Products and Billing When I click products and billing I have one option to click "Quickbooks online simple start" which I assume is what I am paying $20/month for. When I click this it loads for a few seconds then I get this error message: Unable to process your request at this time. Please sign out and try again later. Hi. I have a client who runs a mobile auto windshield replacement company and we are looking for a user-friendly invoicing app that will integrate with my QuickBooks Desktop Pro. This app will be used by multiple people. QB Onlline in NOT an option as all staff members have access to account balances which the owner does not want. The opp is only needed for online invoicing. I am unable to add my credit card details to subscribe for QBO. I have changed from one card to another, the subscribe button is not active to connect. Why is it that every time I open Quickbooks Desktop Live community pops up and it opens when I close Quickbooks.  It is off in Preferences, this has never happened before  This is the most frustrating and annoying feature.  I want it turned off

I am frustrated with Quickbooks Online Import invoice functionality. I'm trying to save time by importing many invoices into Quickbooks Online using the Import Invoices via CSV function. Within QB Online I've created products that include the following variables: NAME, SKU, DESCRIPTION, CATEGORY. The output to CSV from my other system contains the same variables with exact match data as compared to what's found in QB. The problem is that despite having exact match data, importing invoices fails due to the message: "These products/services don't exist in QuickBooks." The reason for the above appears to be:Products saved in QB Online contain fields for Name, Description, Sku, Category among others. To import an invoice, QB Online MAP FIELDS component is used to map relevant fields to each other (from CSV to QB) and includes mapping NAME and DESCRIPTION fields; but not SKU or CATEGORY fields. To make matters worse, once a user Maps the 2 accepted fields (NAME / DE

QB2019 PremierI am trying to print a packing slip from an invoice that has one line item with a cost per part.  But, I also have another line item for a part that is a free sample to the customer so the invoice shows quantity of 1 with a Price Each of $0.00 and an amount of $0.00.  I see both line items on my monitor but when I try to print either the packing slip or invoice the line item for the free sample with amount = $0.00 doesn't  show up.So, the basic questions is how to create a packing slip for free samples?

I sent an accountant's copy to my accountant and she says she cannot open qbx files. Is there a way I can send her a pdf of this?

Good Afternoon,I am working with Quickbooks Online and am pretty new to it.With my business I always make a cash deposit at the bank on the last day of the month.  My cash sales for that last day of the month do not get deposited until the following month since I close off my sales later in the day after I have made the deposit at the bank.with this amount not being deposited until the following month? Also does anyone know the best way to reconcile payments received from Amazon and Stripe. Thanks for your timeLori

HiPreviously my client able to send invoice by email on QB 2012 Premium versionwith their office365 outlook.  Recently this email feature stop working. We had tried to repair the QB andcheck the QB send form details without any success. It keep prompting usfor password when sending by email.We had checked the password given is correct. PDF creation for theinvoice also working fine.  Anyone facing the same issue, please kindly advise me howto fix this issue. Hello, I'm working on QB integration with Magento. I seem to have hit some kind of item limit. My Current QB version is: Version: QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 20.0 Release R10PItem Total Number: 159, 599 This is a development version of QB. What happens: Whenever I try to sync more data with Web Connector (products / items), I get an error (see attachment). Current size:The Company file has reached around 1.3GB in size. Is there some sort of limitation? Please let me know! FYI: My PC is not too bad - 6 Core Intel with 32GB RAM. At the point of the sync only 70% of RAM is taken up. 

I have a fixed asset (art) and the business has closed. I would like to "sell" that piece of art to a director for money owed to them. How do I enter this transaction?

I see the e-transfer amount received twice in QuickBooks online. why is that? Would this increase my bank balance by twice the amount when it is not actually.

I am from Canada. I want to set up 2 separate HST accounts in QBO. One with 123456789RT0001 and 123456789RT0002 for 2 separate locations under 1 corporation. How can I do this? The purpose is to track HST for 2 locations separately in QBO since I have 2 HST accounts for filing.
