When trying to file my Gst quarter it complains about unassigned tax items/amounts.  as recommended,  I run the unassign tax amounts detailed report.  it comes up with nothing,  i looked at different periods of time.  still it shows nothing.  Does anyone know how to track down these items?Thx,  Roger.  in Surrey, BC, Canada. 

I inadvertently paid my sales tax for last quarter from my Cpp expense account instead of paying it from my bank account. I deleted it thinking I could just go back and pay it from this account but now cant find report to pay it. What do I do?

Having a brain freeze today and cannot work through this but need to make changes to previous posting:Tenants are listed by Property, Unit, etc. correctlyProblem is posting to Rental Income when the rent is not paid on time and months behind.  I don't want my rental income to be "what should have been earned" for tax time but what actually was paid to me.Help needed on posting for this:  I know Rent Receivables is involved.Thanks!!

Hello we recently got a bad batch of pre printed invoices from our provider, they are all miss prininting and the first line of the invoice is printing on the black box that is pre printed on the form. I have gone into the printer set up and made the fine allignment change to get it to line up however it doesnt seem to want to keep the changes for longer then one day? Is there a way to make printer setup changes permanent? I keep forgetting to do it first thing in the morning and have over 1000 messed up invoices that I would like to still use. The invoice company is going to send us new ones for free just hate to see these go to waste.

Hello,  I don't know if this is the place to report this, but we've encountered a serious issue in the latest release of QuickBooks Enterprise v20.0. Previously, we heavily relied on the 'Advanced Excel Import' feature found under 'File - Utilities - Import - Excel Files - Advanced Import' but this feature seems to be broken in the latest release. When trying to import an Excel file in the same format that worked in v18.0 & v19.0 with the same field mapping, we receive the errors seem in 'Excel Import Error #1.png' & 'Excel Import Error #2.png'. Essentially, the error is telling us that the unit of measure for the field mapping is invalid. Upon taking the advice of the error message, we've tried creating a new field mapping, but it still refuses to accept the file. We have even tied to set the entire company to allow multiple units of measures under the preferences, but we are then told that the mappings were made in a single unit of measure mode (even new ones we mak
