I am not sure company will release the migration feature for QBO CA/UK users to QB Desktop in near future. You may have two options:

1. Utilize a 3rd party migration tool to migrate it manually

2. Purchase a 3d party conversion service

Similar situation with Chronobooks. Company is winding down it to only supports QBO Advanced starting next week.
