Are you trying to reactivate your canceled account and recover the data? If so, you should be prompted to resubscribe as soon as you sign in to the account. If not, you can go to the Account and settings to access Billing & subscription.

If you resubscribe within a year after canceling the account, you can still use or recover your account's data. If not, then you may need to start over.

Let me show you how to reactivate the account if you haven't been prompted upon signing in:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account. 
2. Go to the Gear icon (⚙) and then click on Account and settings.
3. Proceed to the Billing & Subscription tab and select Resubscribe.
4. Follow the onscreen instruction to resubscribe to the account successfully.
