Question

Does anyone else have the problem that when you create an invoice the amount is not correct? 284,23 becomes 28423 in my case.

To fix this, refresh your app data and make sure your app is updated to the latest version.

For Android devices:

  1. Go to Menu, then click the Gear icon.
  2. Click Refresh Data, then select Yes.

For IOS devices:

  1. Go to Menu, then click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Refresh Data.
  3. Click Refresh Now.

In your Phone Settings:

  1. From your phone's settings, tap Apps (varies by device).
  2. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list and select Storage.
  3. Select Clear data.

Once done, restart your device and reopen your QBO mobile app to double-check.

However, if the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app. For more guidance, check this article: Fix common issues in the QuickBooks mobile app.
