Hi Evergreen12, while we're unable to call you directly from the Community, you can reach out to our QuickBooks Desktop live expert by going to the Help menu or pressing F1 from your keyboard > Contact Us. Enter your concern, then click Continue. You will have an option to get a Callback or Chat with a representative.
