Hi all! I would like to know how to download quickbooks desktop & it should be linked to my online account.I would appreciate it if you can help!

I'd be glad to join you here and offer my help about installing QuickBooks Desktop, jacob0402.

First, download QuickBooks Desktop and save it in your Downloads folder or somewhere you can easily find it.

Second, open your Downloads folder and follow these steps on how to install it:

1. Open the file QuickBooks.exe.
2. Follow the onscreen instructions. Accept the software license agreement and then select Next.
3. Enter your Product and License numbers. Use the License Look Up tool in case you don't have the information with you.
4. Click Next and follow the succeeding steps on how to install the software.

Lastly, use the steps in this article on how to activate or register it: Activate QuickBooks Desktop for Windows.

However, this can't be connected to QuickBooks Online since they are two separate platforms and are designed to work independently.
