QuickBooks Online for United Arab Emirates doesn't offer QuickBooks Payments. You'll need to use a third-party application that integrates with QBO.

While the payments subscription isn't available, you can still manage your accounting and track payments within QBO, and use a separate payment gateway to handle the actual transactions.
