How can I receive support if the chat is bugged and there is no contact email? I have been trying to receive support for 2 weeks and I can't.

Before we proceed, did you encounter any error messages when you contacted our chat support? If so, I suggest providing it to us so we can provide accurate steps to fix this. Also, a screenshot would be a great help too.

1. Click on this link: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage.
2. Go to the Help menu.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Enter the summary of your concern in the dialogue box, then click Continue.
5. Select Start messaging.

You can also speak to one of our representatives by clicking the Get a callback button.
