Intuit announced support for QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale will be sunsetted on October 3rd, 2023. Since the product has reached end-of-life, we're no longer accepting registrations.

There are several Point of Sale solutions available in the marketplace. QuickBooks has worked with Shopify to offer a Point of Sale option, mainly for the QuickBooks Desktop integration.

I can also see the product attached to your post is the international version of QuickBooks Online. I recommend exploring other Point of Sale solutions to determine what works best for your business through the Apps section (see screenshot below).

You are using QBO Global version, correct? You have to use a 3rd party POS solution to integrate with QBO.
