Hi there, Kathy. Could you please let me know how you connected your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO)? Did you do it through your banking app, or did you try connecting your bank account via the QBO banking page? After you connected, what happened? Is your bank missing from the banking page, or do you see a blank screen? Are there any error messages displayed?
If you haven't done so yet, please note that you need to connect your bank through the QBO banking page for it to appear in the banking section. To do this, go to All apps > Accounting > Bank transactions > Connect account. If you've already connected an account, select Link account. Then, find your bank using the search bar and select it. Sign in to your bank using your online banking credentials and then follow the on-screen steps to complete the connection. Finally, select Connect, and then Done.
