How to connect the support team?

Just follow these steps:

1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter your concern in the description field, then click Let's talk.
4. Select Start an email. 

Just a friendly reminder that we have limited staffing due to the pandemic. Rest assured, though, that we'll help you with your concern. 

On the other hand, you can also share your concern with us. The Community is also a support team. You can provide us with any information.
