How to download /Back up customer balance details, supplier balance details, accounts payable etc. of each year from QB? As we checked and this options not showing.

Currently, downloading a report is only available in QuickBooks Online Advanced and isn't available yet in ROW.

In the meantime, we can export the report into Excel or print it. You can also utilize a third-party application to download the data.

Here's how to export:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. In the search bar, type Customer Balance Detail.
3. Click the Report period drop-down, and select This Year.
4. Select Run report.
5. Hit Print or Export.
