Question

how to get Support Case ID or chat history for Issue reported. I realized there is no activity tracker for open case with QBO support. And chat history not available too

I was online with 1st support person Eltha going thru troubleshooting more then 20 min. Very deep and chat connection error. I have to create new chat log with 2nd support staff Kelvin and have to re-explain 20min history before he able to work on the case. Both of the support staff was helpful but become ineffective when chat connection become issue.

Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, Advanced

 

  • Phone support available Weekdays from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM AEDT.
  • Start a chat with a Support expert available on Weekdays from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM AEDT and Weekends from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM AEDT.
