My team needs to login and request the OTP but did not receive the OTP either through SMS or Call

Hi there, Totok. If you aren't receiving your sign-in code, it's usually due to outdated contact info, a mobile carrier block on "short-code" messages, or a minor browser glitch.

 

It can take a few minutes for the code to arrive. Avoid requesting multiple codes, as this will cancel the previous ones; only the most recent code will work.

 

Ensure your phone isn't blocking the numbers 88811 or 97962.

 

If you no longer have access to your original phone or email, use the Account Recovery Request link on the login page. You will need to upload a photo of a government-issued ID for security.

 

If these steps don't work, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Support. They can securely verify your identity and manually help you regain access.
