I bought the quickbook online version but i need the desktop version. is it possible to change this ?

QB Online and QB Desktop are two different products. Where is your company located? You can still purchase a one time license for QB Desktop 2021 US version or a subscription license of QB Desktop 2022 US version from several partners without a credit card.
