Hello there, balakumar1284.

 

There are lots of possibilities as to why your bank transactions are not updating. They include:

 

  •  connection issue between your bank and QBO.
  • The financial institution’s server is offline.
  • Error messages or codes that require you to perform a certain task.

 

If you didn't encounter an error message, we can manually update the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. 

 

You can do that by going to the Transactions or Banking tab and then selecting Banking. Then, click Update.

 

 

If you have more than 90 days of bank transactions that were not updated, we can manually import them using WebConnect

 

Also, can you tell me the name of your financial institution? So, I can check on my end for any related issues with your bank.
