I downloaded TB from system on 15th July for Jan to June period and when i download now for same period there is diff in some accounts though no entry has been passed

Let me share some details about the trial balance. 

This report summarizes the debit and credit balances of each account on your chart of accounts during a period of time. The most possible reason why there's a difference is because of the changes made.

We can pull up the Audit log and see what are those transactions that are being edited. Also, we can use this to check if there is a new transaction added.

1. Go to the Gear icon and select the Audit log.
2. Modify the Filters or set it to All.
3. Click Apply.
