In sales activity, while downloading or converting to excel we need particular state or place of supply and lead owner, how to add and download that?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we're unable to add the state of a supply and lead owner. Though, we can add the customer name and export it.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. On the search bar, type Sales by Customer Detail.
3. Click the small Gear icon.
4. Place a checkmark beside Customer.
5. Once done, click the drop-down arrow beside the Gear icon.
6. Select Export to Excel.

You can also manually add the address into the excel after you export it.
