I'd like to make sure we're on the same page. Do you mean the description is missing when you print a delivery note? If so, let's make sure to select the Description section of your template. To do that, you can follow these steps:
Go to Settings ⚙ and then select Custom form styles.
Select New style or Edit to make changes to your templates.
Choose the Content tab and click the middle part of the template.
