QB's chat is ignoring me. I want to re-subscribe to my account. Is there a contact No for Ireland

I can help you re-subscribe your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, @palmfree.

Let's access your account via a private browser or an incognito window. This is to isolate the possible browser-related issue. Before doing so, make sure to log in as the account's Master Admin and update the payment method.

Next, review your firewall settings and make sure QuickBooks has permission to go through it. Please check your firewall provider's website for the detailed steps.

Then, follow the steps below to resubscribe:

1. Go to Gear at the top.
2. Select Account and settings.
3. Choose the Billing & Subscription tab. 
4. Hover towards your QuickBooks subscription.
5. Click Resubscribe.
6. Follow the rest of the steps that'll guide you through the rest.
