Click the (?) Help icon at the top.
Select the Talk to a human option, and then type it again when prompted.
Choose I still need a human, and then proceed with Contact us.
When asked by the bot, enter your question or concern, like "High subscription charge."
Click Let’s talk.
Hit the Start messaging option.
