Will i be charged for additional standard user ?

You won't be charged for an additional standard user since this is a feature that comes along with your subscription. It'll only count toward the allowable user limit below: 

• Billable users: 5
• Accountant users: 2

The available user types in the program are Master admin, Company admin, Standard, Time tracking only, and Reports only. There are different permissions for each one of them. 

Also, I recommend going to the Manage Users page. From there, you can edit the user access rights, view their activities, or delete them.
