1099 Transaction Detail Report not working?

Was able to view populated 1099 Transaction Detail Reports (for calendar 2022) until about early last week (~Jan 2, 2023). But my team and I haven't been able to view 1099 Transaction Detail Reports at all since then. Getting a "Something went wrong. We are working on it." error message after ~10 seconds of trying to view the report. Are others out there able to view 1099 Transaction Detail Reports?

As soon as we try to view 1099 Transaction Detail Reports, the Report Period defaults to "All Dates" and there is no ability to change this before receiving the error message above. I wonder if All Dates is causing the problem.

Are there others having this problem?

This way, they'll be able to pull up and gather relevant information in a secure environment. Also, to further assist you with any additional 1099 concerns.

Hi. Requesting a 1099 Transaction Detail report still results in getting a "Something went wrong. We are working on it." error message. Any progress on your end? Apparently we're not the only users experiencing this problem?

It seems that all other aspects of QBO are working.

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Choose the Search tab and then Contact Us.
