Is there a way to know if another user has edited or deleted a transaction? Using QBO. Thank you!!

Yes, there is a way to confirm if there are activities like this in your account by going to the Audit Log section. Please note that only the primary admin has access to this feature.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit Log under the Tools column.
  2. Filter by User, Date, and Events to narrow down the results.
  3. The results will automatically display below for your review.
