Account numbers are not displaying in chart of accounts...I have done all of the recommended steps to fix it

I appreciate you trying those initial steps. Since the account numbers remain hidden despite the steps you've taken, you can do troubleshooting to resolve the display issue.

• Refresh the page or press F5 to clear minor browser issues.
• Confirm your internet connection is stable and close any extra tabs to improve performance.
• Log out and sign back in to your QuickBooks Online to give the session a clean reset.
• Try another up-to-date, supported browser, or open QuickBooks in a private/incognito window to rule out cached issues.

However, if the issue persists, the best step to take is to contact our Live Support Expert Team for further assistance. They run a screen-share session to see exactly why the account numbers are not appearing in your Chart of Accounts.
