After enabling multi-currency and creating an invoice for a customer in a different currency the manage payment methods buttons are greyed out. How do I enable them?

QB Payment only supports USD payments. If you need to accept international payments, consider having a 3rd party processor.

To enable the Manage Payment Methods button, add a bank account in the same currency as the one used for the invoices. This will automatically set your home currency, but you can adjust it if needed, Erly.

Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the Invoice.
  2. Select the customer's name from the dropdown menu.
  3. Ensure you select the correct customer setup with multi-currency.
  4. Click the gear icon to Manage settings.
  5. Choose Payment Options.
  6. Under To Deposit Funds, add a bank account that uses the same currency.
  7. Once completed, choose Save and Close or Review and Send.
