Hello there, @phil112. I understand how concerning it must be to encounter this issue. Although the invoice reflects as paid, the funds may not be visible in your linked account in QuickBooks Online immediately. This is typically due to a processing delay.

For new users, we process and deposit your initial payments within five business days. Processing times vary based on your chosen service and payment method. Standard deposits are processed daily, except on Sundays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, while instant deposits are processed year-round.

Typically, credit card payments take within 5-7 banking days to transfer to your bank account, while ACH deposits can take up to 7-10 business days.

To learn more, you can visit this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Meanwhile, we can check your deposit speed to know if your funds exceed the expected deposit timeframe:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click Account and settings.
  2. In the Payments tab, review the Deposit Speed.

Once you've checked that you did not receive the funds within the expected timeframe, I recommend contacting our Payments Support team. They have the tools and resources to examine this issue in greater detail and provide you with a tailored solution.

Yes, payment was consolidated with a much larger deposit and was not noticed until scrutinized. I was informed if payments clear on the same day, they will be deposited as a whole. Thanks for reaching out. I love this community!
