Anyone else having issues looking at estimates and invoices on the app? There are days where they won’t even show up for me so I have to go to my customer directly to find a specific estimate or invoice.

Based on your situation, I recommend clearing the app’s data on your device. This process resets the app to its default settings, and often resolves issues caused by cached data interfering with the app's functionality.
 

Here’s how you can do it:
 

For iOS users
 

  1. Open Settings and tap General.
  2. Select iPhone Storage and find the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App to clear the data.


For Android users

       1. Tap the Home menu or the three dots in the top right corner of the app.
       2. Select Settings, then choose Refresh Data.
       3. Tap Yes to confirm.

If clearing the app data doesn’t resolve the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks app. This will ensure you’re using the latest version of the app, which often fixes persistent glitches.
