BACKUP AND RESTORE PROCEDURES FOR REGULAR QB ONLINE W PAYROLL

Hi!  We just ported to QB online with payroll (QBO) after running the desktop version w payroll for over 25 years. There is a long list of reasons why it is a good idea to maintain offline backups of important company data.  Everyone should back up their key files ... not just advanced users.  The backup applications mentioned in the QB resources seem badly out of date.

Does anyone know of reasonable backup and restore procedures for us regular QB Online users?  (Not QB online Advanced users)  I don't think a backup service at $80/month is reasonable. If there is no such thing, is there a user forum which attempts to influence QB product development?
