Can I add a text field to the statement?

Having the option to add a note to the customer statement is a great idea, Sundownresort.
 

Currently, this option is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. I recommend sending feedback to our product development team. Here's how:
 

1. Open your QuickBooks Online.
2. In the upper right corner of your screen, head to the Gear icon.
3. Under Profile, select Feedback.
4. Type in or share your thoughts and hit Save.
    

For now, we can find a third-party application that supports adding notes to statements. Refer to this article to find an app: Search for an app.
