can I add multiple account numbers to a single vendor?

Currently, QuickBooks Online allows only one account number per vendor profile. This helps ensure vendor-specific transactions are accurately tracked and prevent duplicate entries.

You can either enter the additional account number in the Notes and attachments section, or create a new vendor profile.

If you decide to create an new vendor profile, be sure to use a unique Vendor Display name to differentiate it from the existing profile.

You can use Melio as a workaround to pay utility bills with the same account and sync them with QBO. You can also get cashbacks.
