We have changed the administrator for our church Simple Start and need help getting the home screen to be more easily used. I am no longer able to help the new administrator. She is not seeing the same home screen as I did previously. How can we get help to improve this?
QuickBooks Online's Home page has been redesigned, Lynda.
However, the core features and other functions are still in the same place. With the new design, the Home page can be accessed by clicking Dashboard in the left-hand corner.
From there, you can see the same shortcuts for Accounting, Expenses, Customers, Projects, Sales Tax, and any other functions.

For a frozen screen I recommend clearing the browser cache as an initial troubleshooting step. The cache is in place to collect frequently used data to make loading web pages quicker and easier. If it gets too full it can potentially cause certain viewing and performance errors within the system. Clearing it will remove anything that's preventing the page from loading properly. Here's how to get this done in Chrome for example:
1. At the top right, click More (three vertical dots). 2. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data. 3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time. 4. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files." 5. Click Clear data.

My QB Pro 24 information didn't roll over into the new enterprise Q B. Hopefully all the information can be retrieved. I was told it would roll over. and be seamless transition.
