Where is your company located?

Thank you for posting here in the Community space, Angela. Yes, you can. If you're referring to entering your personal information, you can go to the Gear icon > Accounts and Settings > Company and click either Company, Legal, or Customer’s info that you'd like to input > hit the Edit button on each to enter. Please know that only the Primary or Master Admin on the account can make these edits.

If you're referring to entering personal preferences like customizing the display name of buttons, dashboards, navigation bars, or menus from the Settings or Gear icon, this is not possible because these elements are part of the default User Interface (UI) within QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks Online's performance relies on browser efficiency, computer processing power, memory (RAM), and internet bandwidth. A shortfall in any of these areas can cause slow loading or lag. Intuit aims for key pages to load within 10 seconds and continuously monitors systems to maintain this standard.

To improve its speed, ensure your computer or device meets the basic system specifications. Please review the System Requirements for QuickBooks Online to stay updated.

We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience. Older browsers or operating systems generally do not receive regular updates, which can impact performance and please avoid using "Incognito" or "private browsing" mode because this sessions do not store local data (cache/cookies). This causes all site elements to be fetched again with every page load, slowing down performance.

Also, bandwidth limitations can restrict your QuickBooks Online experience, make sure that your internet connection is sufficient. You can run a Google Speed Test to confirm your connection speed.
