Can I get a discount when upgrading to plus plan?

2. Navigate to the Products & Billing section, then click on your company name to access your subscription page.
3. Locate the product you wish to cancel and select the Cancel option.
4. You’ll be prompted to complete a brief survey regarding your reason for cancellation. After filling it out, click Continue to cancel.
5. A page will appear outlining the product benefits and informing you of the last day you can use your subscription. Then, click Continue to cancel.
6. Finally, a pop-up will confirm that your subscription has been canceled. Select Got it to complete the process.
