Hello there, Houston. The option to directly produce a single Statement of Activity report containing current year actuals, this year's budget, and the same period last year's actuals is unavailable.

For now, we can run the Statement of Activity Comparison and the Budget vs. Actuals report. Then export it and consolidate it outside of QuickBooks.

To begin, let's run the Statement of Activity Comparison to view your current year actuals alongside the same period last year's actuals.

  1. Hover over the Reports menu, then select Standard reports.
  2. In the Business Overview section, click Statement of Activity Comparison.
  3. Set the report period to This Year to Date.
  4. To add another time period, click the Compare area.
  5. Hit the Export icon, then click Export to Excel.

To run the Budget vs. Actuals report, please see the attached screenshot for visual reference.

Once you've exported both reports, you can combine and organize the data outside of QuickBooks to create the consolidated view you need.
