    Great tips; thanks! Only problem is the EDIT function under Payment Method, will let me edit everything except the card number on file. Suggestions welcome.

    ​@kjm3181 When is your renewal date? You can renew through a trusted reseller and receive a discount of 20% or more. You can also make quarterly payments to help with your cashflow. You should contact ​@Fiat Lux_ASIA directly via email for details.

    August 26, 2026. I dont have a cash flow problem and am ready to pay the full annual subscription fee but no longer have the credit card QB has on file for me. All I’m trying to do is inform QB not to use the credit card on file by giving them updated details of my replacement card. This is beginning to feel like No Good Deed goes unpunished.

    You need to contact Intuit Support directly to resolve the issue. Alternatively, contact Fiat Lux, and you can make the payment using your new credit card or ACH to receive a discounted price.
