Question

Can someone please tell me how I can get my data back after I have re-subscribed? I'm not able to see my information and the setup I had prior to re-subscribing. Thanks

We have ways to restore your data in QuickBooks Online (QBO) after resubscribing, Sprice1.

 

Beforehand, please know that we preserve your company data for 365 days following the cancelation date. If you resubscribe during that time, your data will still be available. However, if this isn't the case, we have an option to restore a backup company file if you're using the QBO advanced version.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Back up company.
  2. Find the company you want to restore a back of.
  3. From the Action dropdown menu, select Restore.
  4. From the Date field, select the date you want to restore.
  5. From the Time dropdown menu, select the time you want to restore.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select Start Restore.

On the other hand, you can also import your data back to QBO if you've exported your data before cancelling. If it happens that you haven't saved you're company file, we're unable to retrieve your data.
