Welcome to the Community, Barbara.

 

In QuickBooks Workforce, team members can add photos to their timesheets through the Workforce app. This feature helps track project progress, document inventory, and even compare before-and-after shots. Only team members with Mobile time entry permission can attach multiple photos to their timesheets.

 

To upload attachments, here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Workforce.
  2. Go to Track Time and select Clock In.
  3. Open your timesheet and click Attach a photo.
  4. Choose a photo from your library or use your Camera to upload it.

 

Additionally, admins, group managers, or users with the Manage My Timesheets permission have the ability to attach photos to past timesheets while editing them. This makes it easy to keep records organized and up-to-date.
