Can you use an electronic signature on cheques in Quickbooks online?

Currently, using an electronic signature for cheques in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable. Thus, I recommend you integrate with a third-party app that can add an electronic signature to your cheques.

Here's how:

1. Go to Apps, then click Find Apps.
2. In the search field, enter a word such as digital checks/signature.
   
3. Look for one that will fit your needs and click Get App Now.
